Today, we are taking a moment to honor the life of one our team members, who ended his life far too soon at just 22. Our hearts are heavy, and we're sending all our love to his family and friends who are grieving his loss.
As we reflect, we're reminded of the power of love, compassion, and kindness. Jesus commanded us to love one another as He loved us, with kindness, empathy, and grace (John 13:34).
He knew life wouldn’t be easy but He wants us to support each other through the tough times, to lift each other up when we're struggling, and to shine His light in the darkness.
We at JM will be dedicating ourselves to honor our team member's memory by strengthening our goal in creating a workplace environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. We can do this by being a source of hope, support, and love for each other.
