Robotic Case Packers and Talon? Robotic Picking Systems, eliminate manual product handling and many elements of product and package inspection, including: > Flexible design and small footprint that easily integrates into existing lines > Rapid changeover with few adjustments > USDA-approved design for sanitary, wash-down environments > Small electrical footprint with integrated robot and machine controls In addition, the Osprey? and Talon? feature patented and proprietary end-of-arm tooling that easily handles: > Meat, poultry and dairy products > Frozen and prepared foods > Bakery products, tortillas, flat bread, snack cakes Automatically detect leaks at speeds up to 160 packages per minute with our PIVT? (Package Integrity Validation Technologies) system that uses a combination of vacuum, vision and other sensors to find package seal contamination, leaks and pinholes. The Javengers robotics team, 2024 State Champions, visited JLS last week to learn more about what we do, and also to show off their entry in the upcoming State Championship. We were honored to have them visit us again this year, and while they were here, the team presented our Craig Souser with an appreciation plaque for JLS’ sponsorship of their team.

Members or our team participated in another Habitat for Humanity International build day here in York. From JLS, @Bryan Carr, Charlie Morgan, Sara Myers, Jeff Forry, Joe Grosskopf, and Ethan Cornwell spent the day hanging siding and windows. ?Site Supervisor, Brent, commented that our team was the ideal group; they were finding problems to fix before they were even told to about them. Great job, team JLS!!
