Designed with a calming green wall, abundant natural light, and clear wayfinding, this space creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. This space serves as a transition space from the exterior park-like environment into the clinical spaces. Located in Grand Forks, ND, this brand-new hospital serves over 230,000 residents in the surrounding rural area, offering each patient a seamless and soothing introduction to their healing journey. #HealthcareArchitecture

Firemen’s Park was first constructed in 1955 by over 20 Chaska, MN firefighters on the city's abandoned industrial brickyards. Today—after a 2015 redesign by 292 Design Group (now JLG Architects)—the Park honors its original caretakers along Firemen's Walk, leading a new generation of families to Clayhole Beach, two fishing piers, a picnic shelter, a fountain splash pad, and a pedestrian bridge that cantilevers over the lake. This site is also home to Chaska's Curling & Event Center, inviting visitors to indoor curling and events and outdoor terraces with lakeside pavilion views, complete with a waterfront concert and event stage — revitalizing downtown, renewing the vibrancy of Firemen's Park, and celebrating local history. #CommunityRevitalization #ChaskaPride #UrbanDesign #JLGArchitects

Crafted from the earth itself, the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, designed by Sn?hetta & JLG Architects, features striking rammed-earth walls—formed by compacting layers of soil and aggregates. These expertly composed and textured, durable walls echo the rugged beauty of North Dakota's Badlands. A nod to Theodore Roosevelt's commitment to conservation, the library incorporates natural materials like rammed earth and mass timber, exhibiting the environment and context.
