Sharing a 2024 project highlight. Storm water improvement for Ramsey County. JL Theis was the prime contractor self performing all items except bituminous. It did involve a major structure reconfiguration mid job. Duane’s crew completed it on time even with several change orders due to plan issues. Great team work.
