1000M Chicago taking its place on Chicago’s skyline! She is beautiful!
1000M Chicago was glowing like crazy last night - reflecting the brilliant sunset to the west in its curved facade. It won't be long now until residents start filling up the units and they begin to glow from within, too. It's been fun watching this one go up from the comfort of my own balcony. Excited to get more photos of it once things green up.

Amazing shots of 1000M Chicago taking its place on Chicago’s skyline. The reality is even better than the renderings! First deliveries this Spring 2024. Time Equities, Inc.
Sunrises have always been my nemesis. I'm a natural night owl, so unless I *need* to be awake, I don't typically get up before the sun rises. But this time of year is a little different. Just before we set our clocks back, the sun doesn't rise until well after 7:00am...something I can deal with. So a couple days ago Amy Ulivieri and I set out to catch some sunrise images in Grant Park. Unfortunately, lingering clouds thwarted my goals. Amy got her blue hour shots, though! So I set back out on Monday hoping for blue skies and was rewarded with some beautiful views of 1000M Chicago and Grant Park bathed in fall colors. The first and third images were taken on Monday, while the second image was taken on the cloudy Saturday morning. The crane is coming down from 1000M as we speak, though I Photoshopped it out of these images because, well, it looks better. #Chicago #architecturephotography
