    I get this question almost weekly. What is the most effective way to present options? My coaching has an order. Here are some examples. I believe in selling UP, by selling DOWN. “Gold, Silver, Bronze” approach. This method creates a tiered structure that gives customers three choices: 1. Gold (Premium) - The top-tier option with the most features, highest quality, or most benefits. It’s typically the most expensive but offers the most value. 2. Silver (Standard) - A middle-tier option that provides a balanced mix of features and cost. It’s often the most popular choice. 3. Bronze (Basic) - The entry-level option that includes the essential features at the lowest price point. This structure can appeal to different customer needs and budgets while encouraging them to choose the middle or top tier. You can customize the names to fit your brand, such as: “Elite, Classic, Basic” or “Platinum, Gold, Silver,” depending on your target market and branding style. Reach out with any question.     Are you Telling or are you Opening Your Employees Minds. It’s generally more effective to guide your team toward discovering answers on their own through questioning rather than simply giving them the answer. This approach, helps your employees develop critical thinking skills, deepen their understanding, and retain information better. By asking questions, you encourage you employees to think through the problem, make connections, and apply what they’ve learned. It also helps them build confidence and problem-solving skills. However, if a student is really stuck or frustrated, it can be helpful to provide hints or partial answers to help them move forward. The goal is to create build employee ownership balance,where they feel challenged but not overwhelmed. Telling is not building, “asking questions and allowing self discovery” builds great and passionate employees/partners. Are you building a team, or micro-managing you team? Stop Telling!     I recieved a call today for help. The caller was an old friend of mine, looking for advice. Their business is stuck. Managing a business for profitability involves several key practices, such as: analyzing financial data, controlling expenses, maximizing revenue, and improving efficiency. We spoke today and they are If you’re asking whether I can assist you with these tasks, I certainly can. I can help you with: 1. Financial Analysis: Review sales, revenue, and expense data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 2. Budgeting: Create a structured FINANCIAL BUDGET that helps control costs and an operational KPI BUDGET to ensures driving profits. 3. Pricing Strategy: Evaluate your operational-efficiency for pricing model to ensure profitability. 4. Growth Strategy: Recommend strategies to increase sales or expand into new markets. 5. Operational Efficiency: Identify all areas in your operations where you will deliver the operational (Sold Hours/Days) measurements to improve operational KPI’s. If you’d like, you can share your business data (financials, reports, or performance metrics), and I can analyze it for you, or I can help set up processes that help manage your business more effectively for profits.
