Apparently, I don't know how LinkedIn works. :P When I posted an announcement for our Character Animator position a couple months ago, we got over 100 applicants/portfolios within three days. So, I braced myself for a barrage of applicants when I posted an announcement for our VFX Artist position yesterday. But so far, zero applicants, lol. Are there zero VFX Artists looking for opportunities? Am I doing it wrong? Is LinkedIn luring me into paying to "boost" my post? Confused. :D
