CSUSB MBA alumnus Patrick Marshall expands his impact Patrick Marshall, a proud CSUSB MBA alumnus, continues to make a positive impact in communities across California. Marshall, who previously served as an inmate rehabilitation manager for the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office, is the co-founder of the College Collaborative System, an initiative dedicated to supporting higher education pathways for justice-impacted individuals. His dedication to social change earned him the 2023 Changemaker of the Year award from the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity (NCORE).
