JFSA of Cleveland has an immediate opening for a Social Worker to serve as a Clinical Coordinator in our Older Adult Services division which provides reliable and compassionate services for individuals who want to live independently and safely in their homes. JFSA has been one of Northeast Ohio's top workplaces for the past fourteen years as a non-profit, mission-based agency. The Clinical Coordinator must be an LISW and LPCC. They will provide case management, service coordination, and billable clinical services to older adults and their families. This individual will coordinate care between other department divisions and any clinicians serving our clients.
