The Nourish Spot serves smoothies, juices, and healthy food options such as salads and wraps and currently provides concession services at Citi Field in Queens. JMP was introduced to the Nourish Spot during a JMP outreach event in 2023. Today, together with New York Governor Kathy Hochul, The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and our 900-strong AECOM Hunt construction workforce, JFK Millennium Partners celebrated our steel topping out at #JFKTerminal6. Thank you to our partners, guests, local elected officials and members of the community who joined us for this important milestone, a tradition marking placement of a construction project's final steel beam. This represents an important step on our journey towards a safe and on-time phase one opening in 2026, when our arrivals and departures hall and the first five gates will become operational. Passengers flying out of #jfkairport this morning witnessed history in the making as our 80-foot oculus skylight was successfully lifted into its future home atop our world class #jfkterminal6 shopping and dining concourse! Weighing in at 121,000 lbs, the oculus took two days to install and was led by a team of professionals from Vector Foiltec and AECOM Hunt. Congratulations to the entire team! Meet Loycent Gordon, CEO of Woodhaven, Queens–based Neir's Tavern Inc., and one of JFK Millennium Partners’ ACDBE joint venture partners at the new #JFKTerminal6. Established in 1829, Neir’s Tavern is the oldest tavern in New York City and one of the oldest and most historic continuously operating taverns in America. Loycent was introduced to JMP during a JMP outreach event in 2023. He is active in the Queens community, supporting numerous local events and nonprofit organizations.
