Incredibly grateful for the 55 professional and lay leaders from 28 provider member agencies across 17 states who participated in the Network of Jewish Human Service Agencies’ 2025 DC fly-in! Our group met with more than 100 Hill offices today to emphasize the need to protect Medicaid and SNAP funding, extend expiring telehealth flexibilities, and other critical health and human service priorities. Thank you to Sue Pechilio Polis, Darcy Hirsh, Sammi Goldsmith and Mark Hetfield for their expert briefings with our participants, and the ongoing partnership with your respective organizations! And incredibly grateful to Reuben Rotman and my amazing Network colleagues for their leadership and dedication! Lots of work ahead, but so thrilled to amplify the incredible impact and life-saving services our member agencies provide to more than 2 million people across the country of all faiths and backgrounds annually.
