    Shining a light on Baylee Huff, an Associate Creative Director here at JetFuel. Baylee’s creative journey began in print design, where she developed a love for clean, impactful visuals. Her career evolved through Broadway advertising and agency work, leading campaigns for brands like Verizon, Wells Fargo, and Michelob Ultra. Experiential marketing became her passion as she worked on immersive projects for clients like SC Johnson, Rolex, and Citizens Bank. Reflecting on her path to JetFuel, Baylee shares, “Joining this team felt like the culmination of everything I’ve done—the bold vision and innovative work here align perfectly with my passion for creating meaningful designs.” Her favorite project at JetFuel? The Dove NWA campaign. “This project stood out because of Dove’s legacy in creating impactful advertising. We pushed creative boundaries, blending storytelling with design to craft an experience that resonated deeply. It reminded me why I believe in great work over good work—the emotional response makes all the difference.” Staying inspired is central to Baylee’s work. “Experiential marketing evolves so rapidly, and the constant innovation keeps my ideas fresh and exciting.” For Baylee, the most rewarding part of her role is creating moments that genuinely impact people. “There’s nothing like seeing someone smile because of a moment you’ve crafted.     The Walmart team came to us with a challenge: to be in front of the right people, at the right times, delivering the right message, all the while highlighting the impact Walmart Health & Wellness is making on local communities through the U.S. Our solution: we created a multi-pronged, expansive events platform to achieve coverage in a diverse set of environments, including State Capitol buildings, convention centers, large-scale consumer events, and intimate settings. In order to support this year-round effort, our approach led us to developing an array of evergreen assets & properties that could be redefined based on the experience and audience. The scale was immense, and the results spoke for themselves!

    Shining a light on Steven Cuomo, our Senior Vice President of Client Services at JetFuel. Steve’s career began with a passion for live events in the sports and entertainment industry. After honing his skills at global agencies for nearly two decades, he was drawn to JetFuel’s nimble, independent approach. Reflecting on his journey, Steve shares, “The allure of JetFuel for me was to apply all my learnings and experience at nimble agency looking to make a name for itself. Four and a half years in, we continue to punch above our weight. So far, mission accomplished!” As SVP of Client Services, Steve blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution. Whether presenting strategic plans to executives or supporting teams on-site, his focus remains on fostering client relationships, growing his team, and delivering excellence. “My main remit is to harvest our existing client relationships, seek new ones, and ensure every project we execute meets the highest standards.” One of his most memorable achievements was producing simultaneous watch parties for U.S. Soccer across three cities and time zones in just five weeks. “We were tasked with the impossible. We pulled off the improbable! A truly collaborative undertaking, we created unforgettable viewing experiences for fans with engaging activations, bespoke menus, and beautifully crafted venue takeovers. Let’s just say we hit our GOOOOAAAAALLLLLs!” For Steve, building trust is key to client success. “Be a human. Clients are real people too.     Shining a light on Daphne Yeh, an Executive Producer here at JetFuel. With over 20 years of experience, Daphne brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for storytelling to JetFuel. Growing up as a first-generation Taiwanese-American in New York, she used American media to connect with and understand the US culture around her. This in turn ignited a lifelong fascination with telling narratives that resonate with audiences. After earning her degree in Media Studies from Penn State University, she built an impressive career with industry leaders like ESPN, Showtime, and Omnicom Media Group, collaborating with iconic brands such as Meta, MLB, and Lowe’s. Today, she leverages that rich experience to create impactful experiential activations at JetFuel. As Executive Producer, Daphne leads the strategy and execution of programs that connect brands with communities, including the Walmart Mobile Wellness Tour and Mr. Beast’s Feastables College Campus Tour. Her team’s ability to transform brand initiatives into meaningful, high-impact experiences exemplifies JetFuel’s commitment to excellence. Reflecting on her role, Daphne shares, “JetFuel is a true standout—combining the entrepreneurial drive of a startup with the expertise of a traditional agency.” She is particularly inspired by the agency’s dedication to diversity and inclusion, which she calls “non-negotiable when choosing where to invest my time and talent.” Mentorship is at the heart of her leadership. We created interactive experiences, from games to cooling stations, while strategically showcasing Walmart’s investment in Texas, veteran support, and community initiatives like Spark Good. Our activations highlighted Walmart Money Center’s financial services and career advancement programs through Live Better U and Walmart Academy. Starting his career as a storyboard illustrator, Ron’s journey took him through legendary agencies like BBDO, where he worked alongside some of the most influential creative minds in advertising. Since joining JetFuel, Ron has brought his expertise and leadership to every project. From transforming brands to creating impactful activations, Ron’s vision and creativity have led to exceptional results for our clients. Ron’s leadership is driven by a commitment to collaboration and learning. “I like to lead by example. I get involved, not just give a thumbs up or down. It’s about fostering creativity through shared experiences,” Ron explains.
