Jessica Lianza, a New York native with a significant part of her upbringing in Sao Paulo, brings a unique perspective to design, enriched by her diverse Brazilian, Austrian, Italian, and Israeli heritage. With over 15 years as a Design Director and Project Manager, Jessica has mastered a wide array of projects, particularly in the hospitality sector. Her portfolio includes hotels, bars, and restaurants across Brazil, Europe, the US, and a notable Food Hall in South Korea. Her experience includes collaborations with prestigious brands such as Oetker Collection, W Hotel, Edition Hotel, Courtyard, IHG Brands, Hard Rock Hotels, and Hilton, in addition to various boutique hotels. Jessica's role encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial design concept through to procurement and final implementation. Her approach consistently aligns architecture, interior design, and brand strategy with client expectations and budget constraints. Holding American-Brazilian nationality, Jessica is eligible to work in the US, Brazil, Europe, and Israel. Her professional journey spans across New York, Sao Paulo, and Lisbon. Jessica's academic background is as diverse as her professional experience. She holds an Interior Design Certificate from Parsons, The New School of Design in New York, an M.Bach in Architecture from Belas Artes in S?o Paulo, a degree in Design Management from Brunel University in London, and a Service Design Certificate from Mark Stickdorn @ LAJE in S?o Paulo. Additionally, she has completed a Project Management program at FIA University of S?o Paulo. With over 15 years of working experience, including more than 10 years in creative and design directing roles, Jessica's expertise extends to hospitality design, managing design projects, project management, and workspace design.
