Jessica Kordansky, PhD

Known as “The Innovation Psychologist" and "Dr. Jessica," Dr. Kordansky has provided thousands of consultations, counseling sessions, and workshops to entrepreneurs & startup founders, VC's, C-suite executives, Family Offices, and Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) members across South Florida. Dr. Jessica facilitated these workshops for companies with as many as 10,000 employees, served on expert panels, participated in podcasts and media interviews, presented both locally and nationally at conferences, taught courses at the undergraduate & graduate level, and continues to act as a local resource for the Miami Tech and South Florida Community at large. She offers services in-person and virtually to founders, executives, and teams across the United States, and maintain a concierge private practice in Palm Beach County with office space in both Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, & Fort Lauderdale. In 2011, Dr. Jessica helped lead an early-stage healthcare startup in Palm Beach County focused on preventative medicine, wellness, & tech. Prior to that, she worked with students at Georgia Institute of Technology and co-created a Stress & Biofeedback Clinic at Emory University that was tech and gamification focused. Dr. Jessica was interviewed for a documentary film as “The East Meets West Psychologist” for her integrative approach to mind/body wellness. She has taken part in book interviews, appeared both on radio and in print, and was a Managing Editor of the Journal of Individual Psychology, University of Texas Press.
