JDI Barbell was founded to offer serious strength athletes in New York City a place to call home. Over the last 6 years, it has grown into so much more. Although we are home to some very high-level weightlifters and powerlifters, we also work with and develop beginner better than any other barbell club or strength gym in New York City.
