Today is National Agriculture Day, fittingly falling in the middle of National Agriculture Week, March 16–22. We take this time to recognize the hard work and dedication of farmers, dairymen and women, farm workers and everyone who keeps agriculture moving forward. Their efforts provide many of the things we rely on every day. The work on the farm never stops, yet these individuals remain committed to feeding and supporting communities across the country. Take a moment to thank a farmer today—or any day. Their work is essential, and their impact is immeasurable. #NationalAgDay #Agriculture #ThankAFarmer #NationalAgWeek

This past Friday (March 7), Elite Octane celebrated a major milestone: producing its 1 billionth gallon of ethanol at its plant in Atlantic, Iowa! Since starting operations in July 2018, the facility has processed over 300 million bushels of corn from local farmers, generating high-quality ethanol, animal feed and corn oil. Hawkeye Gold, a subsidiary of JDH, is proud to handle the marketing and logistics for Elite Octane and has had the privilege of selling and shipping these billion gallons over the years. A huge congratulations to the Elite Octane team on this achievement and their continued impact on the local community, agriculture and renewable fuels!
