As the design team for both Architecture and Landscape Architecture, JDAVIS is proud to contribute to this vibrant, transit-oriented community. What makes Alta New Carrollton unique? This five-story wrap/podium project features 319 modern apartments with on-site structured parking and exceptional connectivity—just a ? mile from a DC Metro station and steps from the future MDOT Purple Line, a game-changer for regional transit. Our design draws inspiration from the surrounding context and the kinetic energy of nearby rail systems, celebrating the motion and rhythm that define this vibrant urban hub. Key amenities include: ?? Two thoughtfully designed courtyards with a swimming pool ??? A state-of-the-art fitness center ?? Game rooms, private offices, and community spaces ?? A stunning top-floor terrace offering expansive views Beyond the building, we’ve envisioned a painted mural that will enhance the parking garage, adding a creative flourish to this dynamic community. JDAVIS is committed to creating spaces that are both sustainable and inclusive, and Alta New Carrollton will proudly achieve NGBS Silver Certification upon completion in 2025. With Phases I and II already thriving, we are excited to bring Phases III and IV to life—delivering 100 new affordable homes to this vibrant, growing community.
