We thoroughly enjoyed hosting Sydney, Olivia, and Vicky today at CBE. These three college students are participants in the JCPenney Leadership Program - Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma. This program provides valuable learning opportunities aimed at connecting academic experiences with professional careers. Today, they had the opportunity to observe our executive team and gain deeper insights into who we are and what it takes to operate our small community bank.

JCPenney Associates and Alumni along with their families enjoyed both fellowship and philanthropy this afternoon at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma! After a lunch provided by Mandy M. (McGoffin) Hansen, CPA and MidFirst Bank, our incredibly efficient assembly line put together 325 boxes of food for senior citizens on a fixed income. Well done, JCP! Giving back at RFOB is always fun, but it's even better with friends and family! Can't wait until next time!

On Saturday, January 25th The University of Oklahoma/Shell C.A.P. Team joined the JCPenney Leadership Program - Price College of Business, University of Oklahoma to kick-off their Mentorship Program at Sooner Bowling in Norman, Oklahoma! At the Mentorship Program Kickoff event, newly inducted students were paired with senior associates who will serve as their mentors. Adrian Bregnard and Kate Campbell opened the event by discussing the importance of mentorship within the JCPenney Leadership Program and for the students' future careers. With 100+ students in attendance, it was a powerful networking event that set the tone for the JCPLP Mentorship Program. Thank you, Breea Clark, for your continuous support and for providing opportunities for the Shell Campus Ambassador Team to connect with the students of the JCPenney Leadership Program. ? Yesterday Williams hosted JCPenney for a Corporate View Visit. We had the privilege of engaging with professionals from across the organization, who shared insights pertaining to their business model, company culture, and rotational program. We were joined by a JCP alumna, Madison Maier. She added valuable perspective to our experience. The day included innovative VR training sessions and concluded with a tour of the Outsiders Museum, making for an informative and inspiring visit. Austin Welch, an OU alum that sits on their board, even managed to secure a visit with Danny Boy O'Connor! It was all around a fantastic experience!
