🏗 New project alert 🏗 Wingate by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts! Our team is preparing to completely convert a former hotel in Harpersfield Township, Ohio into a Wingate Hotel. The 53-room hotel is scheduled to be complete in the 1st quarter of 2025! We look forward to working with Renew Partners LLC, Ehrenfeld Companies (eCos), Blue Ocean, SPIRE Academy, and Architectural Design Inc. on another exciting hospitality project!

Our team is putting the finishing touches on Lake Erie College's new student housing complex, 'The Tower', in Downtown Painesville! Encompassing over 70,000 square feet, the building features 41 units to accommodate 173 students, a gym, laundry center, a rooftop deck, and student lounges. The Tower began welcoming student residents today for the summer session. A BIG thank you goes out to the JCI field staff, subcontractors, Unions, and the over 100 tradespeople who made this project a reality!
