Spec Suites at 155 N. Wacker in Chicago The specialty ceilings with integrated lighting were a key feature of the project and extensive perimeter work was completed to highlight and accentuate the building's full-height windows, maximizing natural light and creating a visually striking environment. The project also included cost exercises to accommodate prospective tenants during the construction phase. These efforts ensured the suites met both functional and aesthetic demands while staying within budget expectations.
