LaSalle in Chicago Loop The project involves the demolition and white boxing of eight vacant tenant floors, preparing them for future leasing opportunities. This process includes the complete removal of existing interior finishes, non-structural partitions, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems back to base building conditions, creating a clean slate for potential tenants. In addition to the white boxing, the project also includes common area upgrades on two occupied tenant floors. Anderson to Complete Jarvis Cyber Labs Project for DePaul University’s College of Computing and Digital Media The project will transform the space with restroom renovations, the creation of new lab spaces, classrooms, offices, and student lounges. A state-of-the-art presentation classroom will be established, along with advanced audio/visual and laboratory spaces tailored to the university’s technology-driven curriculum. These specialized space will include Robotics / AI Lab, IoT Lab, Prototype Maker Lab, Security Hacking Lab, Networking & Security Lab and Research Labs. JCA is gearing up for the annual #AeronHockey Tournament – an epic chair hockey showdown bringing together 40 teams from the A+D and CRE communities! Originally hosted by Interior Investments and now by Continua Interiors, this event has raised nearly $1 million for Special Olympics Illinois, supporting life-changing opportunities for adults and children with intellectual disabilities.
