For Q3 of 2024, we recognize the contributions of Jonathan Carpenter! Jonathan has done an amazing job stepping into his role as “Consultant, Strategy & Insights” since July. Alongside his continued support for Tessitura clients, he has taken on 10 (ten!!) revenue management clients, working with them on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to develop effective ticketing strategies that maximize revenue and sales. Jonathan's clients love working with him, and appreciate his critical thinking and clear communication style. Jonathan has also stepped up for the team by supporting Vivian—writing the demo script, delivering demos to current and potential clients, working with clients on the new Vivian contract, and testing the software for the product team.
