This #GastricCancerAwarenessMonth, we join the global community in spotlighting the impact of gastric cancer, the fifth most common cancer and the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. We are advancing oncology research in areas of high unmet need, including a specific type of gastric cancer known as gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA), which develops in the mucus-secreting glands and accounts for nearly all gastric cancer, and a significant portion of esophageal cancer cases, worldwide. ?
