We did some really cool neon inside the new Chief's / Rodney Scott's recently. The badge is 3D routed HDU with a hand painted faux brass finish.

We installed these signs for Metro Water Services from a barge on the Cumberland River.

ALTA City Side is progressing really well as the urban oasis we hoped it would be! Less than 3 miles from downtown #Nashville with historically protected landscape and skyline views. The vision was a residential community that offers the best of outdoor living with urban core access. I could go on and on about the unique way our team has delivered that vision with Scandinavian-inspired design and programming, but instead I’ll highlight a few: We partnered with MasayaCo on a pop-up preleasing office of sustainability sourced furniture through responsible reforestation practices. We incorporated locally curated public art by I Saw the Sign and authentic Scandinavian photography from Sweden by Jonna Jinton. Yet, on the horizon is our Clubhouse boasting intentionally designed community space, coworking offices, oversized fitness center with hot #yoga, #cycling and #barre practice rooms and a #pickleball court stadium.
