Last week, the JA Stock Market Challenge was hosted at Charles Schwab’s beautiful campus in Lone Tree. Beyond providing a fantastic venue, "Schwabbies" volunteered in full force as traders, news runners, and portfolio providers, making the competition an unforgettable experience for Metro Denver high school students as they gained valuable insights into stock market fundamentals, the effects of global events on trading, and the importance of long-term investing. We sincerely appreciate Charles Schwab’s continued support of JA’s mission, and thank you to all who volunteered!

A few of our FirstBankers recently volunteered at the Junior Achievement USA (JA) Free Enterprise Center to help students gain real-world financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurial skills through the JA Finance Park capstone program. ???? This program helps teens step into adulthood for the day by budgeting for housing, insurance, transportation, and even retirement! ?????? With the guidance of volunteer role models (like our amazing team), students can connect classroom learning to real-life decision-making.
