When Japs Olson’s third-generation CEO was ready to retire following Monomoy’s investment, our team ensured his goals and timelines were met while providing hands-on support to ensure a seamless transition for customers. First, we identified a qualified successor in Jesse Dodge, who seamlessly transitioned into the organization. We then worked collaboratively with Jesse and the entire JO team, implementing analytics dashboards, executing targeted initiatives and maintaining transparent communication across the organization, building on Japs-Olson's strong foundation for continued success.
