Maria here. This past week was an example of a busy and productive week that would not have happened pre-pandemic. Using remote work technologies, while in Scranton for a case, I did: 1. oral argument by phone on preliminary objections in Lackawanna County case 2. Zoom deposition in a NJ case 3. Zoom pretrial conference in a Philly case 4. phone calls with clients, defense attorneys and insurance adjusters while driving the PA Turnpike 5. new case intake via telephone 6. strategy session by phone with Maryland co-counsel in a case Pictured below are my trusty laptop and some photos of the Electric City and my favorite NEPA running trails.
