We're excited to share this new 2-floor fitout project for Alpine Investments, boasting 22k square feet of usable space. Made distinctive with its large open-concept collaboration area, and innovative in its use of glass walls to utilize the abundant natural light, this office succeeds in bringing the outdoors in. The meeting-friendly atmosphere is made even more exceptional with the addition of a visiting barista Coffee Point station. Also note the stylish exposed concrete slab with contrasting suspended ceilings, the custom millwork wall panels, and the warm cream-hued paint details. Well built, team!

Take a peek behind the scenes at this upgrade that will warm your heart! JF had the honor of managing this LEED-certified interior buildout project for Bideawee, a life-saving animal rescue and adoption center located in Chelsea. Full veterinary care facilities, cat and dog suites, a dedicated outdoor play space, a reception area and retail nook, and a romptastic cattery are but a few of the facility's offerings. Outside, we've revamped the exterior facade as well as the rooftop mechanical infrastructure, readying Bideawee's operations for decades to come! As always: a hearty thank you, team.

Have a look at this stylish fit-out we completed for a respected financial services provider in Stamford, CT! Spanning more than 17,000 square feet, this energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly space includes a quiet room, several team suites, and two coffee bar/pantry areas. Key features include a striking back-painted glass mosaic backsplash in the pantry, chic pendant lighting in the dining nook, and updated MEP systems throughout: all of which combine to create a welcoming and highly functional workspace.
