Our unique approach sets us apart, and we work as a team to help our patients feel informed and appreciated.?? The right person will have at least an high school degree, some medical knowledge, and experience in a call center.?We seek someone who understands the importance of listening to patients and putting them first. This position will answer all incoming calls, help patients understand our services, create new patient charts, and?guide them through scheduling and billing. They will also transfer or take messages when necessary.?Previous electronic medical record and multiline phone experience encouraged. Candidates must reside in the United States: MO, MI or IA is preferred.
