I offer a bespoke consultancy service to developers and associated companies within the later living and broader real estate sectors, including mainstream housing, prime central London and international resort development. Although my 'major' is sales and marketing, my experience covers most aspects of the establishment and leadership of businesses within these sectors including as managing director of various companies. Examples of recent projects include; Sales Strategy As an interim sales & marketing director I conceived and managed a strategy to sell out tail end and aged stock for a region of McCarthy Stone. This role included a comprehensive review of 10 selling sites, the creation of a bespoke marketing campaign and a detailed sales strategy including events and other initiatives. Sales Troubleshooting I was recently retained by one of the UKs leading retirement housebuilders to review a number of their selling sites across the country. This project has recently been extended due to the success of my initial work. Business Development I assisted a leading real estate creative/marketing company in their expansion into the later living sector. New Business Planning I wrote a detailed business plan for the start-up of a boutique retirement living brand on behalf of a prominent developer/operator. Sales & Marketing Strategy I created an outline sales & marketing strategy for an emerging developer of integrated retirement villages.
