JAH Realty is pleased to announce Trader Joe’s to take a 16,975 s.f. space at our Rockwell-Northwest Shopping Center in Oklahoma City.  This will be the first Trader Joe’s store within the Oklahoma City limits and only the fourth store in the state.   Trader Joe’s will join Hobby Lobby and Burlington as anchor tenants at Rockwell-Northwest. Acquiring adjacent properties to our shopping centers is an integral part of our strategy at JAH Realty. Congratulations to Graham Irvine and Clayton Harris for their work in buying this freestanding restaurant, which is an outparcel to The Shops at Preston Parkway, from Denny's corporate . Plans are in the works to rebrand and reposition this property into our shopping center. Great location for your next restaurant!

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is nearing completion of their buildout at Yukon Hills Shopping Center. Their opening will help to re-energize the south end of our shopping center. Starbucks is now open at Edmond Exchange Shopping Center located on the NWC of 33rd & Broadway. Many thanks to Darrell Hernandez and Sarah Leupold who represented Starbucks. Taco Casa broke ground on their newest location in the Oklahoma City metro in The Plaza at Quail Shopping Center located on the NWC of NW 138th Street & Pennsylvania Ave. It is great to see construction start. Taco Casa’s commitment to excellence is one of the many reasons we liked this concept for our center. We are looking forward to their opening.
