Tooling design, build and development are performed in-house ? Tooling is maintained for the life of the product, eliminating future tooling expenses for our customers. Once created, tooling is dedicated by job and stored in a computerized tooling carousel within a temperature controlled environment. ? Jagemann not only offers state of the art manufacturing services but also provides its customer with additional value added services. ? Heat-treating and surface treatments are available along with assembly, machining, welding, pressure testing and inspection. The goal is to provide customers with finished products eliminating the need for additional services. Our capabilities and attention to customer service do not end here. We have a dedicate customer service staff that guarantees customers are handled with personal attention. From EDI capabilities to JIT shipments, whether it is reusable containers or small easy to handle cartons, we will provide our customers with the service they desire.
