Recently I had an opportunity to meet with Dennis Morton Executive Chairman of Jade Gas Holdings?in Singapore and to follow up sent him a series of questions I had about the project!

Jade Gas Holdings has commenced first #Production Well program, designed to establish gas flow rates leading to commercial #gas production and first #revenue generation. Jade aims to take advantage of high local gas demand, in particular for Liquified Natural Gas (#LNG) sales to replace #diesel consumption in the South Gobi region. The initial four gas production well program to be followed by fully funded twenty gas production wells aimed at generating a significant income stream Commenting on the commencement of the production well program, Jade Executive Chairman, Dennis Morton, said: “The pathway to gas production is now largely dependent of the drilling, completion and establishment of gas production from the four planned gas production wells in Red Lake Gas Field. Establishment of commercial gas production will enable the company to capitalise on the strong gas demand on our doorstep. Jade has a significant opportunity to supply cleaner energy LNG as a diesel replacement in the South Gobi region. Jade Gas Holdings signs 20 well Gas Production Partnership through a non-binding term sheet with Chinese drilling company DWK to develop the Red Lake #gas field. Under the Partnership, Jade and DWK intend to negotiate a binding agreement with key terms including: ? DWK to fund the next 20 production wells at Red Lake, conditional on the successful drilling of the current 4 production wells and regulator approval; ? An appropriate revenue share arrangement on gas sales from the 20 Red Lake wells; and ? Jade retains project ownership with minimal company funds required for these next production wells and ultimately meaningful revenues. Commenting on the Partnership with DWK, Executive Chairman, Dennis Morton, said: This is a significant milestone for the Company that has the potential to fundamentally change the pathway for Jade to achieve meaningful production and revenues from Red Lake. The structure of the Partnership provides a unique way for Jade to transition to a major gas producer in quick time with only a small number of production wells, offering a way to effectively develop the Red Lake area. It is also a partnership model that is well utilised in China and importantly supported the accelerated development of the Qinshui Basin. In recent months, we have validated customer demand for gas in the South Gobi region. Jade Gas Holdings successfully completes drilling at Baruun Naran area with strong #gas results. Jade now has visibility over two significant #energy projects in #Mongolia's South Gobi region located 15km apart. Focus remains on accelerating commercial activities at Red Lake with gas production wells to commence next month. Commenting on the successful gas results from BNG, Executive Chairman, Dennis Morton, said: “The high gas results at BNG give us a potential second key energy project in Mongolia's South Gobi region, which, importantly, has a large customer market attached to it through our partnership with MMC.
