Today's award-winning project spotlight: the Soldier Hollow Competition Management Building Renovation & Expansion, Utah Construction & Design Magazine's Most Outstanding Renovation of 2024! ?? The project team demolished a part of the previous facility, renovated 7,000 square feet of existing space and added 26,000 square feet to accommodate Nordic sports broadcasters, competition officials, athletes and fans. This project was a significant step forward for Utah's readiness to host the 2034 Winter Olympics. Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is a luxury hotel and condo resort in the Wasatch Back. The facility holds 387 guest rooms and 55 condos and conference space for 2500 attendees. It anchors several resort amenities being developed by prestigious New York City-based firm Extell. #TBT … Intermountain Health Riverton Hospital is ranked as one of the best hospitals in the country and Jacobsen was honored to complete a four-story, 120,000 square-foot outpatient expansion and a 17,000 square-foot remodel of the existing hospital back in 2016.
