We’re thrilled to announce the completion of a major infrastructure upgrade and student life amenity at the historic East Hall of Pratt Institute, originally built in 1887. Inside, we've preserved the original power plant equipment—now recognized as a National Historic Mechanical Engineering Landmark—while incorporating modern infrastructure, including a low-carbon thermal energy system with a new boiler upgrade. Outside, a new plaza provides informal gathering areas while adding to the urban sculpture park landscape surrounding the facility. This project not only serves the campus but also benefits the Clinton Hill neighborhood through public urban design and community sustainability.??????? #WBE #Architecture #SustainableInfrastructure #CampusSustainability #CommunityImpact #UrbanDesign ?? The BioAustinCTX BioBash networking event sponsored by the ACC Bioscience Incubator last Tuesday was a huge success. The event was held in the outdoor Paseo Courtyard at the ACC Highland Park Campus under the lights. Attending were nearly 200 of the Central Texas life science industry movers and shakers connecting, communicating and collaborating.
