I really appreciate the updates from the AICPA keeping us informed of all the changes with the Beneficial Ownership Information rule. It is now suspended for U.S. citizens and domestic companies.
Treasury announces suspension of enforcement of BOI rule for US citizens and domestic companies On March 2, U.S. Department of the Treasury announced that it will "not enforce any penalties or fines associated with the beneficial ownership information reporting rule under the existing regulatory deadlines, but it will further not enforce any penalties or fines against U.S. citizens or domestic reporting companies or their beneficial owners after the forthcoming rule changes take effect either."
