The JNT Healthcare and Real Estate Team recently represented a leading Mid-West Region Skilled Nursing Home Operator in a three-facility portfolio combination acquisition and refinance loan in excess of $25,000,000 which included the purchase of a skilled nursing facility in connection with a lease and purchase option previously negotiated by JNT, and a refinance of two additional skilled nursing facilities. This transaction also included the organizational restructure and partnership of the existing facilities. The JNT Team included Adam Fischman, Daniel Scheinman and Rachel Goldman.?
