At last week’s State of the Agency, we had the privilege of hearing from two amazing clients: Maria Brous from Publix Super Markets, our very first client, and Bert Wesley Huffman from Georgia Public Broadcasting, one of our newest. Maria put it perfectly: “It’s all about the relationships you form. It’s about the connections. It goes deeper. Lots of people can use the latest technology or give advice, but it makes a difference when you love the people you’re working with.” We couldn’t agree more. And Bert’s words captured what we strive for in every partnership: “How in the world do you know us better than we know ourselves?” These moments remind us why we do what we do.
