On Thursday, November 7th, Sotheby's International Realty recognized the top-producing agents in their global affiliate network via their 2024 Top 100 Agents and Teams dinner in New York City. Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty Associate Brokers Laurie Huff and Collin Vaughn were in attendance at this year’s event to represent their sales team, Huff | Vaughn | Sassi, which has earned the recognition for three consecutive years. This year’s celebratory dinner was hosted by Philip White, president and chief executive officer of Sotheby’s International Realty, in recognition of the prior year’s sales achievements. White hosted the celebration at Per Se, chef Thomas Keller’s restaurant on Central Park that has been the recipient of three Michelin stars. While in the city, Top 100 Agents and Teams attendees toured a luxurious townhouse in Greenwich Village and were invited to a private tour of Sotheby's for a first look at this fall’s auction season. Q3 2024 JACKSON HOLE MARKET REPORT | As is often the case in northwestern Wyoming, the summer season passed too quickly, but an unseasonably warm September has kept snow off the nearby peaks and the skis in the closet as the valley heads into autumn. September was also unreasonably hot for a Teton County real estate market that has languished since 2022. Last month, however, saw 40 transactions in Jackson Hole that generated more than $140M in complementing dollar volume.
