The word “JackRabbit” is now trademarked by us for our business space and so is our beloved logo. From our early Kickstarter days, we have been committed to creating innovative, high-quality micro ebikes designed entirely in-house. Our product and brand designs are our own intellectual property, and we take pride in the craftsmanship and originality of these assets. With a growing portfolio of design patents, utility patents, trademarks and widely deployed trade dress value, we’ve built a strong portfolio that not only showcases our commitment to innovation, but also protects the uniqueness and premiumness of JackRabbit. We have successfully used our IP against those who infringed on our property, and we will continue to utilize our inventive might.
