My passion for increasing employee engagement, which then leads to company goals being exceeded, came from real life experience. I collaboratively led employee development and engagement initiatives that reduced full-time employee turnover by 36% in one year in the snow industry. My hope is to see this spread across the snow, landscape and facilities management industries.
