Since opening the commercial division in 2003, J2 Solutions has coordinated a variety of projects that include office build-out’s, retail, medical, dental and restaurant/food-service. The commercial division is currently growing with revenues increasing each year since inception with the majority of the volume in Healthcare Remodeling inside hospitals. Principals Jess Fronckowiak and David Fouché’ each attended the University of Florida earning degrees in Civil Engineering. Combined past experiences includes a variety of projects ranging from small jobs through $8 million commercial developments. Things we ARE….. - We are morally and ethically strong. We hold ourselves to high accountability standards and therefore expect our clients to do the same. - We are a team composed of highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. Excited to be partnering again with fantastic clients like Crews Bank & Trust to bring their vision to reality with new buildings at both North Arcadia and Englewood branch locations!
Demolition has begun at our North Arcadia location. We have partnered with J2 Solutions General Contractors on this the project. When construction is complete, we look forward to welcoming customers into our new branch. While we rebuild, please visit our Drive-Thru at 335 N. Brevard or our East Arcadia branch, 2747 SE Hwy 70, for your banking needs. Demolition at our Englewood branch is scheduled to begin in the fall. Many times our clients look forward to turning a shovel in the ground at a groundbreaking to kickstart a new project. But our friends at HCA St Pete Hospital wanted to memorialize their start of the long awaited radiology project and help raise awareness of the Hope Fund. So they asked to have their own groundbreaking of the renovation with some golden sledgehammers and the team at J2 made it happen! The staff had fun starting our demo activities of a new CT and adding a CT as well as an X-Ray room. It was fun celebrating with them and sharing in the excitement of what this project will bring to their patient care. After months of planning, the project is underway and demolition has officially started!
Many thanks to our colleagues who joined us last week for our new CT room "groundbreaking" event! Every swing of the sledgehammer raised money for the HCA Healthcare Hope Fund. Thanks to the donations of HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital colleagues, as well as a generous donation from our construction partners at J2 Solutions, we raised more than $200 for the Hope Fund! The St. Petersburg Hospital team is always ready to step up for their fellow colleagues in a time of need. Questions about the new CT Scanner construction project? J2 Solutions is proud to be the trusted partner to assist our client in transforming the exterior image of HCA South Tampa Hospital. Our team worked closely with staff on the multiphase project to keep operations going and patients safe while upgrading the entire exterior skin, adding a drop off canopy, ramps, sidewalks, new main entrance, new emergency entrance, asphalt, and landscaping. The place looks great!
