We are honored to be apart of such an amazing project!
Have you spotted the breathtaking mural taking shape at our Nellie Hannon Gateway development? Artist Joaquin Newman's 8,000-square-foot masterpiece is currently being painted across all four sides of the building and is visible from I-580. "The whole intention of the mural is to cast a spell of serenity on everybody who sees it," says Newman. The vibrant design features sunrise and sunset scenes, incorporating Bay Area elements, Ohlone shellmounds, and the fall night sky—creating a stunning visual celebration of nature, history, and hope. Construction at Nellie Hannon Gateway continues to progress and will bring 90 new, affordable homes to Emeryville later this year. General Contractor: J.H. Fitzmaurice, Inc. We are thrilled to announce that we have officially obtained the Certificate of Occupancy for the Rick Judd Commons project! Rick Judd Commons will provide 62 new affordable homes to the City of Concord. It was a pleasure working with Resources for Community Development and Lowney Architecture on this beautiful project. 🏠 Rick Judd Commons is opening its doors! RCD is thrilled to share that construction of Rick Judd Commons is now complete, bringing 62 new, affordable homes to the City of Concord. We look forward to welcoming over 100 new residents to their homes in the coming weeks and months! We are honored to dedicate this new building to Rick Judd, a long-standing member of RCD's Board of Directors, who brought his sharp intellect, moral clarity, and deep compassion to every challenge. Amazing progress at our East 12th Street project 10 months after the start of construction. Framing on the 5th and 6th levels is underway, and the units on the lower levels are coming to life.
