The Pinnacle Society is a unique organization, a consortium of the "Top Recruiting Firms in the Country". Proud to be counted in this group and to be apart of the the outreach committee, who give back to communities around the country.
The Pinnacle Society held its 2nd Annual conference in Atlanta for the year, this month. The Society, a consortium of top industry-leading recruiters around the globe, meet twice annually in the Spring and Fall to share their recruiting industry knowledge and experience. According to James Smith, President and Managing Director at J. Anderson & Associates, "The conference was fantastic. One of my (favorites)." The conference, which is chock full of recruiting information, always includes a "give back" component to the benefit of the community in which the conference is being held. This year, Pinnacle Society member volunteers visited and partnered with Dress for Success Atlanta to share their experiences and hope and inspire the organization's clients.

Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion/Belonging continues to be a divisive subject as diversity initiatives are dismantled. However, McKinsey found that “companies with diverse leadership teams continue to be associated with higher financial returns... across industries and regions, despite differing challenges, stakeholder expectations, and ambitions.” The study also concluded that “leadership diversity is also convincingly associated with holistic growth ambitions, greater social impact, and more satisfied workforces.” Diversity is undeniably vital, the question is more how to foster diverse environments. Happy Monday! We want to start the week off by celebrating our President James Smith and the incredible Mu Boulé Foundation event that took place last week. The Mu Boulé Foundation (of which James is also the President) supports underserved and disadvantaged youth by providing them with scholarships and mentorship. Additionally, they support local organizations with similar missions. Last week, The Mu Boulé Foundation honored Calvin Ledford Jr., Lamont Repollet, Ed.D, Traci Sanders, and Courtney Billington, four outstanding leaders in the community. Thank you all for all the hard and important work you do!
