Lynch founded a small asphalt paving company of ten or fifteen “good” men in the 1940’s, Lynch has evolved from a residential asphalt driveway operation to a fully integrated construction company of more than 400 employees in six locations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Lynch serves its customers and contracts with six material manufacturing plants, providing resources to build the region’s complex, large-scale public and private construction projects, including transportation, infrastructure, landfill, site excavation, and utility projects. Lynch prides itself on its people. Our high employee retention rate (tenures of 20 to 30 years are not uncommon) reflects our long-term commitment to develop and grow our workforce, as individuals, professionals, and collaborators. Marino Co., Inc. and Pare Corporation to install Endurablend surface treatment to delineate a bike path for the Town of Westerly at Misquamicut State beach. This unique and innovative product consists of a polymer-modified cement mixed with fibers, aggregates, and pigments that can be spray applied to both asphalt and concrete pavements to provide extremely durable maintenance-free decorative pavement designs and colored safety surfacing. This confluence of seven streets was consistently one of the most frequent crash locations in Massachusetts. The design consultant VHB developed a hybrid #roundabout design, creating a solution that clearly enhanced safety through better defined traffic patterns, traffic control and increased traffic calming efforts, as well as increased bicycle and pedestrian accessibility, and enhanced access to local businesses.
