?? Employee Spotlight: Eric Burdette ?? Senior Vice President of Pre-Construction Services Eric’s journey with us spans over 24 years, starting as a Fire Protection Estimator and advancing through various roles in project management, including APM, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and ultimately VP. Since 2018, he has led P&L responsibilities for our Fire Protection group and proudly graduated from our inaugural Cannistraro Leadership Academy class in 2022. Working closely with the Service Group, he has expanded our Fire Protection offerings beyond the Boston market, most recently establishing a new office in Connecticut in 2023. Well-respected in the construction industry, Eric is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer experience. Eric now oversees Construction Sales, Pre-Construction, Engineering, and Central Estimating. Partnering with the VP of Business Development, he continues to strengthen our relationships with key industry partners, driving repeat business. Additionally, Eric is an active member of our peer group’s Pre-Construction Focus Group, where he represents Cannistraro, implements best practices, and learns from our peer group partners. In Eric’s free time he loves being outdoors and spending his free time with family and friends, fishing, dirt biking, and snowboarding. He loves playing basketball and going to concerts to hear live music. Eric’s family has a Boston Terrier pug mix (AKA a bug) named Daisy who is 25lbs of full personality! Eric is a proud Boston sports fan but… he can't lie, he was a 90's Micheal Jordan and Bulls fan! Eric is most excited about leading Cannistraro Preconstruction Group in his new role, bringing added value to our customers, and building new relationships! It always takes a team! Cannistraro sheet metal workers came together to fabricate and install No. 4 mirror finish stainless lab exhaust ductwork out at Project Hawk. Shout out to Ed Crosby and Dan Morency from the Sheet Metal Shop for figuring out the best way to fabricate this specialty duct. Congratulations to our second year apprentice Neva Romano on her work with the field install. Last, but not least a Kudos to Kyle Kennedy for assisting Neva to ensure smooth and efficient operations! ? We are seeing this No. 4 finished ductwork on more projects and have tooled up to make your lab exhaust shine.
