International Youth Conference (IYC)

This side event of the UN ECOSOC Youth Forum 2025, organized by Tierra Nuestra in collaboration with the International Organization of Youth (IOY), will explore the intersection of ecofeminism, youth-led science, and multilevel climate governance. The event will highlight the critical role of women, youth, and marginalized communities in shaping inclusive climate action, focusing on themes such as territorial defense, youth-driven scientific innovation, and conflict resolution through collective care. Through dialogue and shared learning, the event will advance gender equality, youth leadership, and partnerships for sustainable development, aligning with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
