This resource provides mental health professionals with essential tools to support journalists in high-risk environments, with particular attention to the unique challenges women journalists face. The guide equips psychologists to help stabilize cognitive and emotional responses in crisis situations, empowering journalists to continue their work with greater clarity and resilience.
