Our Speakers - Mr. Mayank Singh, Khaitan & Co., Dr. Deipa Singh, D&M Legal, Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, Sonia Madan, Lex Commerci and Malvika Singh, D&M Legal covered various topics pertaining to arbitration laws including significant provisions of Commercial Courts Act and its impact in effective resolution of arbitral disputes, Claim for losses due to prolongation of Infrastructure Contracts, Enforceability of Arbitral Award and Law on payment of pre-reference, pendent lite an future interest on Arbitral Award

LAFLAWS x IWiCDR celebrated the remarkable accomplishments of women across all spheres on International Women’s Day. The celebration turned meaningful and beautiful when women from all genres shared their beautiful journey, experiences and learnings. We are grateful to all the participants to make this event not just a celebration but a mentally stimulating or thought-provoking get-together.

IWICDR expresses gratitude for participating and bringing together a thought-provoking and interactive workshop on ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution as a career’.
