Patrick brings an impressive leadership and academic background with a Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Liberty University, an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Foundations from Brigham Young University, and an ALM from Harvard University Extension School in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. As an experienced diplomat, industrial & organizational psychologist, educator, lecturer, and linguist, Patrick is excited to join us and enhance our workplace and research consulting services. Patrick is a published researcher, investigating the effects of religiosity, spirituality, and life choices have on performance in online graduate psychology programs. https://lnkd.in/gXPXg6bD Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Patrick stays close to his Polish roots and actively participates in the Polish American community. His dedication to this community was recognized in 2022 with a lifetime achievement award for his work on Polish American issues. Residing in Arlington, Virginia, for over 18 years, Patrick has also served overseas in five countries. He remains passionate about Central and Eastern European affairs alongside his work in IOP. In his spare time, Patrick works with local organizations to combat homelessness in Northern Virginia, raising both money and awareness for this critical cause. He is also a proud father of four and grandfather of two. Patrick's future goals include advocating for best practices in both in-office and remote work environments, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, job satisfaction, retention, turnover, and autonomy.
